Over £16,000 payout from Anfi Sales after court ruling on 50+ year timeshare contract
M1 Legal has reported another successful outcome following a hearing against Anfi Sales SL in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The court heard that the contract term exceeded 50 years and that key accommodation details were not properly set out, including what was purchased and when it could be used.
The judge ordered Anfi Sales to pay our client £16,124.
