Four victories against Anfi Group: M1 Legal wins £55,779 in San Bartolomé court cases
This week, M1 Legal attended four hearings against Anfi Group at the Court of First Instance in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria.
The contracts were held in the following contractual names:
- Anfi Sales S.L. & Anfi Tauro Resorts Management S.L.
- Anfi Sales S.L.
Across all four cases, it was found that the contracts were in perpetuity (with no stated end date). In addition, the contracts did not set out the minimum accommodation requirements.
The judge ruled in favour of M1 Legal in all four matters, awarding a total of £55,779 to clients.
