Another M1 Legal Anfi victory: contract declared null and void, £10,138 awarded
M1 Legal has reported another court win against Anfi Sales S.L. and Anfi Resorts S.L., in a case heard at the Court of First Instance in San Bartolomé, Gran Canaria.
The court found that the contract failed to set out the minimum requirements.
The judge ordered Anfi to pay the client £10,138 and ruled that the contract was null and void.
A strong outcome for M1 Legal and their client.
