Substantial loss for Anfi as Gran Canaria court rules contract null and void, £26,384 awarded

Marina with moored yachts beside a waterfront promenade, with a large terraced resort building and palm trees in the background in Gran Canaria

The case was heard at the Court of First Instance in San Bartolomé, Gran Canaria.

The timeshare contract did not set out the legal minimum accommodation requirements.

The judge ruled the contract null and void and ordered Anfi to pay the clients £26,384.

A strong result for M1 Legal.
