Following a hearing at the Court of First Instance in Tenerife, M1 Legal reported a further court win in its case against Diamond Resorts.
Two Diamond Resorts contracting entities were involved:
The clients held two Diamond Resorts contracts which, according to the claim, did not set out the minimum accommodation information, including what was purchased, when it could be used, and the length of use.
The judge declared both contracts null and void.
Diamond Resorts were ordered to pay the client £16,491.20, plus legal interest and all procedural costs.
A strong outcome for M1 Legal and their client.
