Silverpoint lose in Tenerife as court rules contract null and void, awarding £11,253
M1 Legal are pleased to report another successful result against Silverpoint Vacations S.L.
The hearing took place at the Court of First Instance in Los Cristianos, Tenerife.
In this Silverpoint Tenerife court case, the contract was found to be in perpetuity (with no end date) and to lack key accommodation details.
The judge ordered that the Silverpoint contract be deemed null and void and ordered Silverpoint to pay the client £11,253.
