M1 Legal win Palm Oasis timeshare claim as contract ruled null and void (£9,300)
M1 Legal are pleased to report another successful judgement against Tasolan S.L.
The clients bought a timeshare at Palm Oasis in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. After reviewing the agreement, it was found that the contract had no end date. On that basis, the judge ruled the contract null and void.
The judge ordered Tasolan to pay £9,300 to the clients.
