Anfi suffer six M1 Legal court victories as contracts ruled null and void, £75,251 awarded

We’re pleased to share six Anfi Group court victories, with the court finding in each case that the timeshare contracts were null and void.

Across the six cases, the court identified one, two, or all of the following issues, which ultimately secured the successful outcomes:

  • Perpetuity (the contract did not include an end date).
  • No cooling-off period was offered.
  • Lack of specific product details, such as when the timeshare could be used, for how long, and what the accommodation included (for example, 1-bed/2-bed), as well as missing land registry information.

In total, Anfi Group was ordered to pay £75,251.

A fantastic result for M1 Legal and their clients.
