Parque Albatros loses appeal as court upholds £16,490 payout in M1 Legal case
We are pleased to report that a case against Explotacíon Hotelera Parque Albatros S.A. has concluded in our client’s favour. Although the claim was originally successful, the defence appealed the decision and M1 Legal has now also won the appeal. The court rejected Explotacíon Hotelera Parque Albatros S.A.’s denial of liability, with the judge ruling in our favour.
Parque Albatros was ordered to pay £16,490.
This is another strong outcome for M1 Legal.
