We are pleased to share two further successful outcomes against the Anfi Group in the Spanish courts.

In the first case, the judge found the Anfi timeshare contract was for a floating week. On that basis, it was declared null and void and Anfi was ordered to pay £17,958.

In the second case, the Anfi contract was in perpetuity (with no end date). Again, the judge declared the agreement null and void and ordered Anfi to pay £13,665.

These are two more strong results in the Spanish courts for M1 Legal.
