M1 Legal secures four Anfi Group judgements, with £49,294 awarded and contracts ruled null and void
We are pleased to announce that M1 Legal has secured a further four court judgements against Anfi Group, totalling £49,294.
The court heard that the contracts did not set out the minimum requirements for the accommodation, and that two of the agreements also failed to state an end date.
The judge ruled that all four contracts were null and void.
Another strong result for M1 Legal on behalf of their clients.
