A bad week for Palm Oasis: six contracts declared null and void, £58,923 awarded
This week we secured not one but six victories against Palm Oasis (contracted under the name Tasolan S.L.), with awards totalling £58,923.
In these Palm Oasis timeshare legal cases, the judge declared the contracts null and void mainly because the accommodation was not properly described and, in some instances, because the agreements were in perpetuity — including contracts with no specified end date.
A great outcome for M1 and the six clients involved, all of whom have now received the good news.
