Silverpoint take another court loss as illegal Spanish contract is ruled null and void (£34,857)

Silverpoint has taken another loss in court today in a case involving an illegal timeshare contract in Spain. The contract did not include an end date, and the property purchased was not properly disclosed. The presiding judge ruled that the Silverpoint contract is null and void and ordered Silverpoint to pay out £34,857.
