RCI Points (Bic Leisure) ordered to pay £15,620 after contract ruled null and void
Bic Leisure appeared in court this week in relation to an RCI Points contract.
It was again found that the contract issued to the clients did not meet the minimum requirements. The apartment was not registered and, after consideration, the judge ruled that the contract should be deemed null and void. The presiding judge ordered Bic Leisure to pay the clients £15,620.
Another strong result for M1 Legal and the client.
