Anfi again under the hammer: contract ruled null and void, €17,428 compensation ordered
M1 has secured another successful outcome against Anfi Group in a timeshare case.
Once again, the court found that the accommodation was not properly identified in the agreement. The judge ruled that the Anfi timeshare contract was null and void and ordered the resort to pay €17,428 in compensation. Two M1 Legal lawyers worked on the case to achieve the best possible result for the client.
