ANFI AGAIN UNDER THE HAMMER

M1 today received another victory against Anfi Group.

It was revealed again that the accommodation was not properly identified. The judge ruled that the contract be deemed null and void and ordered the resort to payout €17,428 euros. Two lawyers from M1 worked on this case to give the case the best possible outcome.
