Marbella-based Marriott Vacation Club International recently appeared before a judge in Spain.

The clients held two contracts, one signed in 2003 and another in 2005. During the hearing, it emerged that both agreements set an end date of more than 50 years.

The judge declared both contracts null and void.

The contractual entities named in the agreements, MVCI Holidays S.L. and MVCI Management S.L., were ordered to reimburse £33,992, plus interest from the date the lawsuit was filed.

Another positive outcome for an M1 Legal client, and congratulations to M1 for pursuing the case.
