Latest win against Airtours (Anfinpan S.L): timeshare contract ruled null and void, £10,960 awarded
Last month, our legal partners at M1 Legal secured another successful court outcome against Airtours (Anfinpan S.L). The court found the timeshare contract was in perpetuity (with no end date) and failed to meet the legal minimum requirements. The judge therefore declared the contract null and void, and our client was awarded £10,960, plus an additional payment of £4,162.
