M1 Legal are pleased to share three further wins against Anfi as 2018 comes to a close, with the court finding in each case that the Anfi timeshare contracts were legally defective.

In the first case, the court awarded £21,430 after finding the Anfi contract did not meet minimum legal requirements.

In the second case, the award was £16,066, plus an additional £1,960 because the deposit was paid within the cooling-off period. The court also noted the contract had no end date (in other words, it was in perpetuity).

In the final case, the court awarded £6,828, plus an additional £9,600 for early payment in full. Again, the contract was in perpetuity and did not comply with minimum legal requirements.

Across all three cases, the judge ruled the Anfi contracts null and void and ordered the above payouts to the clients.

A strong end to 2018 against Anfi Group for M1 Legal.
