December victories against Silverpoint: two contracts ruled null and void, £41,961 awarded
M1 Legal have successfully won a further two cases against Silverpoint, securing a total payout of £41,961.
In both cases, the judge ruled that the Silverpoint contracts were illegal because they were signed in perpetuity (i.e. with no end date). The contracts also failed to meet the minimum legal requirements, so they were deemed null and void. The first case resulted in an award of £16,428, and the second in an award of £25,533.
