Silverpoint lose again as timeshare contract is ruled null and void with £22,000 payout
The case confirmed that the Silverpoint timeshare contract was in perpetuity, meaning no end date was stated.
The judge ruled in favour of the client, declared the Silverpoint contract null and void, and ordered Silverpoint to pay £22,000, even though the timeshare benefits had been used from 2011 to 2017.
