Triple victory against Anfi Group as three timeshare contracts are ruled null and void (£38,765)
A triple victory against Anfi Group, with three more timeshare contracts successfully quashed.
Two of the contracts were in perpetuity, meaning the timeshare agreements did not state an end date. In addition, all three failed to meet the minimum legal requirements, so the judge declared the contracts null and void. The judge awarded a total of £38,765.
