Anfi loses again as timeshare contract is ruled null and void, £23,983 awarded

Crowded beach with rows of blue-and-white parasols and sun loungers in front of palm trees and a hillside resort complex under a clear blue sky

Anfi Group has suffered another court defeat after the judge found the timeshare contract was in perpetuity (it did not state an end date) and failed to meet the required legal minimum standards.

The court ruled the contract null and void and awarded £23,983 to the client. This figure included a double repayment element because the client paid the full amount within the first three months.

Another significant win against Anfi.
