Anfi Resorts loses appeal as Las Palmas court upholds £19,607 refund and void contract
The Court of First Instance ruled that Anfi Resorts must refund £19,607 plus interest and confirmed that the timeshare contract is null and void.
Anfi Resorts appealed the judgement. The Court of Appeal in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has now dismissed that appeal and upheld the original ruling.
This is another strong result for M1 Legal, securing the outcome on both points for their client.
