Double win against Anfi Resorts as contracts declared null and void, €31,801 awarded
Anfi Resorts faced further scrutiny in court today, as two more M1 Legal clients secured a double win.
In both cases, the contracts were found not to meet the legal minimum requirements. They also failed to disclose the cooling-off period and did not include an end date, leaving the agreements in perpetuity.
The judge declared both Anfi Resorts contracts null and void, and ordered Anfi Resorts to pay our clients €20,583 and €11,218.
Another strong result for the M1 Legal team.
