Another ANFI contract quashed: perpetuity ruling and £23,414.23 plus interest awarded

We’re on a roll – three court wins in two days. In this case, the Anfi contract was quashed on the grounds of perpetuity. The judge ordered Anfi to repay £23,414.23, plus interest from the date the payments began, to our client.
