Our client, a former timeshare owner at Club Infiniti, has had their contract declared null and void by a Spanish court.
The judge found the agreement to be unlawful because it was signed in perpetuity and because our client was not provided with a clear description of the accommodation they were contracting for. As well as terminating the contract, the court awarded a total of £14,716 plus interest, along with a further £6,385 (double the amount refunded at the time the contract was signed).
Congratulations to our legal team at M1 Legal on another excellent result.
