M1 Legal has successfully secured a ruling that our client’s Anfi timeshare contract is null and void.
The court found that, at the time of purchase, the client was not given a clear description of the accommodation they were agreeing to. They were also sold ‘floating weeks’ during a ‘super red’ period, meaning it was not properly explained what, specifically, they were buying. In addition, the agreement was signed in perpetuity, with no end date stated in the contract.
As well as declaring the contract null and void, the judge awarded our client compensation of £27,911.68.
