In three recent court wins against Anfi, contracts were cancelled and compensation totalling over £70,000 was awarded to three sets of clients.
In each case, the Anfi timeshare contract was declared null and void, with compensation awarded on different grounds. One set of clients received £18,000 plus legal costs because the agreement was signed in perpetuity and did not include a full description of the allocated accommodation.
The other two sets of clients had paid their deposits within the first three months of signing. Their awards of £26,800 and £25,254 therefore included double the deposit paid.
Congratulations to our clients and to our lawyers at M1 Legal.
