Payout from Marriott Heritage Club: £27,750 awarded for failed trade-in breach of contract
A client has received welcome news from our office this week: they have been awarded £27,750 in a case involving Marriott Heritage Club. The award followed a contract dispute linked to a failed timeshare trade-in, with Marriott Heritage Club found to be in breach of contract.
