Client win against Airtours Beach Club: €20,000 settlement for perpetuity contract breach
Our clients received a cheque this week for €20,000 following an out-of-court settlement with their resort, Anfinpan Airtours Beach Club. The settlement was reached because their timeshare contract was signed in perpetuity and because the resort had taken a deposit payment during the cooling-off period.
