Club La Costa court victory: contract declared null and void, £35,925 awarded plus refund doubled
Our legal partners at M1 Legal secured another court win yesterday against Continental Resorts SLU (Club La Costa). The timeshare contract was declared null and void, and our client was awarded £35,925 plus £13,584 (double the advanced payment). In addition, the resort must pay statutory interest from the date the claim was filed, along with the legal costs incurred by the client. Excellent news for our client, and another strong result for M1 Legal.
