Spanish Supreme Court ruling against Anfi Resorts: contract declared null and void, £18,241 awarded
We are pleased to share that yesterday evening we received the judgment in Ayres v. Anfi Sales S.L & Anfi Resorts S.L. from our legal partners at M1 Legal.
In this Anfi Supreme Court judgment, the timeshare contract was declared null and void. The defendants were ordered to pay the clients £18,241.20, plus legal interest, and to return an advanced payment of £1,366.00, also with legal interest. The defendants also brought a counterclaim seeking reimbursement of £58,274.29, which was rejected.
