Alia Club Resort timeshare relinquishment success: legal surrender after Greece resort refusal
Our Legal Team has recently secured a successful timeshare relinquishment after a resort in Greece initially refused to take back one of our client’s weeks at ALIA CLUB RESORT. By applying sustained legal pressure and setting out the resort’s poor practices, our lawyers also explained why the timeshare contract should be considered null and void. The resort ultimately relented and accepted the surrender of the timeshare week, delivering another positive outcome for our Legal Team.
