Victory against H10 Premium Vacations: timeshare cancelled and $14,475 refund secured

We are pleased to report that we have recently helped one of our clients reach a settlement regarding their timeshare purchase with H10 Premium Vacations.

After providing legal support and applying pressure to both the lending supplier and the resort, H10 Premium Vacations agreed to cancel our client’s contract, remove all associated liabilities and issue a full refund of all monies paid. The total value of the settlement is $14,475.

The timeshare sale took place at Ocean Blue and Sand Beach Resort in the Dominican Republic. Our client says the sales representative misrepresented key details, took a deposit on the day without offering a cooling-off period, and made a number of untrue statements that led him to sign the contract.

As a result, our client is now free from the H10 Premium Vacations timeshare contract and any related financial obligations, and is pleased to have recovered the money he paid.
